Create a strong base in foundational movements to be able to complete more complex tasks with better form and to a better level. This class focuses on mastering those foundations and improving mobility.
Stretch & Restore is designed to restore balance that blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and stillness. You’ll explore a mix of myofascial release, yin, and restorative yoga, using props for support. Expect slow holds to release tension, guided mindfulness to calm the nervous system, and space to reconnect with your body and breath.
With an emphasis on hybrid style training, utilising power movements, functional strength patterns and high paced conditioning - you will work in circuits, interval training style. Expect partner drills, weights, high heart rate and a good pump by the end of the session.

There will be bodyweight exercises, weight training and mobility, to activate and strengthen your muscles in supporting healthy joints. ::::::::::::::::::Full body:::::::::::::::::: High intensity circuits using fun and expressive body weight moves, like those found in our primal classes which may incorporate weights for explosive HIIT and conditioning drills that will challenge your endurance and strength.
We have 2 breathwork sessions in the week; a down regulating and an energising session. Our evening session, you'll be guided through specific patterns that are designed to help you regulate your nervous system, calm your mind and and improve your overall well-being. Our morning session, will awaken your energy and focus with guided dynamic breathing techniques. Release tension, boost vitality, and leave feeling recharged and ready to take on the day.
A gentle space where breath and sound come together to guide you into stillness, softness, and inner clarity. Recognise the powerful harmony between breath and live sound, a pairing that opens the body, quiets the mind, and welcomes you back to yourself. Each session is intuitively guided, combining simple breath practices with calming live instruments—RAV drum, kalimba, bells, rain stick, shakers, and soft percussive sounds.
