Not at all! Our group fitness classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced participants. Whether you’re new to fitness or have been to your fair share of classes, our trainers will modify exercises to suit your fitness level and ensure that you’re getting the most out of your session.
Joining our group fitness classes in Da Nang is easy. Visit the gym 10-15 minutes before your class and book and pay directly in the studio. Since space is limited, we recommend arriving in advance to secure your place in your preferred class. Depending on the class that is hosted, but we maintain an a class size maximum 15-18 participants, to ensure that everyone gets personalised attention from the instructor.
