Our fitness class schedule is designed to provide you with easy access to all our class offerings and gym hours. We offer open gym from 12-5pm Monday-Friday, for our members.

What group fitness classes do you offer at your wellness gym in Da Nang?

At Element, we offer a variety of group fitness classes designed to help you reach your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. Our classes include HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), yoga, calisthenics, animal flow, strength and conditioning training and breathwork. Each class is led by an instructor who ensures that you get the most out of your workout while focusing on proper form and technique. Do you offer any other services at your gym in Da Nang?

Yes, we have a bar that offers healthy snacks and smoothie options at our wellness gym in Da Nang. After your workout, you can refuel with a nutritious smoothie made from fresh, high-quality ingredients, or choose a healthy snack that support your fitness and wellness goals. 

We also have a dedicated co-working space for you to enjoy.

Do I need to have experience to join a group fitness class at your gym?

Not at all! Our group fitness classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced participants. Whether you’re new to fitness or have been to your fair share of classes, our trainers will modify exercises to suit your fitness level and ensure that you’re getting the most out of your session.

How do I sign up for group fitness classes at your wellness gym in Da Nang?

Joining our group fitness classes in Da Nang is easy. Visit the gym 10-15 minutes before your class and book and pay directly in the studio. Since space is limited, we recommend arriving in advance to secure your place in your preferred class. If you have the Pushpress App, you can sign into your class via the app. If you need assistance using this, please contact us.

How many people are in each group fitness class at your gym?

Depending on the class that is hosted, but we maintain an a class size maximum 15-18 participants, to ensure that everyone gets personalised attention from the instructor. 

What should I bring to the group fitness classes at your wellness gym in Da Nang?

To get the most out of your group fitness classes we recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable workout clothes that allow for freedom of movement.
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class. We provide a water filter at the studio for you to refill.
  • A towel to wipe off sweat and stay comfortable. 
Can I come and view the studio?

Yes, you are welcome to come check out our studio anytime we are open. Check out our opening times here or you can also get in contact with us via Facebook. 

Is there a shower and change rooms?

We have a shower and provide towels for you to enjoy after or before your class. 

Where can I store my belongings?

We have dedicated shoe and clothes rack at the front of the studio as you enter the space, alongside lockers upstairs if you want to store your belongings away safely.
